Every show we cover is photographed and filmed together as one complete package: one booking, one team on the day, and every moment of your show kept in both formats.

We photograph every dancer in every routine, from dress rehearsal to final bow, in stage light with no flash. Your gallery is live within 24 hours. At the same time we film the whole show in 4K from multiple angles, edited with titles naming each dance. You approve the edit before it goes to families.

For schools of up to 100 students, you buy the photo and film package and share it with your families.

Larger schools

For bigger schools there is no upfront cost to you. Parents order directly through a private link that only your school’s families can see.

Photos and videos of children are never sold publicly. Every gallery and film page is private to your school.

  2. We plan it – running order, arrival times and venue details, agreed in advance.

  3. Show day – we arrive early, set up quietly and capture everything.

  4. Delivery – photos within 24 hours, film within 3 weeks once you’ve approved the edit.

We can set up a mobile studio at your dress rehearsal and photograph every dancer individually in costume. Great for programmes, your website and competition portfolios.

Dance show photography FAQs

Can we book photography or filming on its own?
From the 2027 season, every show booking includes both photography and filming, handled by one team on the day.

How quickly will our show photos be ready?
Your online gallery is live within 24 hours of each performance.

How long does the show film take?
Up to 3 weeks after your final performance, once you’ve approved the edit. Most are ready sooner.

Do you use flash during the show?
No. We shoot in stage lighting only, so nothing distracts your dancers or the audience.

Can parents buy the video and photos directly?
Yes, for larger schools. Parents order through a private link that only your families can access, at no upfront cost to the school.

Are the photos and videos private?
Yes. Photo galleries are password-protected, and show films are sent by WeTransfer and shared as an unlisted YouTube link, so only people with the link can watch.

Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, and cover Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, the wider Midlands and the rest of the UK.

How far ahead should we book?
Show season (May to July) books up early, so get in touch as soon as you have your dates.
